Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Casa Forma website (the "Website") and purchasing products from us. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.
Shipping, Availability, Refunds and Returns
Free postage & packaging is only available for US Mainland Customers located in the contiguous 48 states on purchases over $100. It does not apply to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US Territories: Website orders of $100.00 or more (after discounts and not including taxes or any other fees) will receive FREE US Domestic Shipping. Offer applies only to USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
Please note: Orders to a non-residential address, like an office or other shared or commercial addresses, you (the buyer) take full responsibility for the item if signed for or delivered to a third party. Casa Forma is not responsible for items delivered or signed-for but not received at such an address. We do not ship to PO boxes.
European & International shipping will be calculated on weight and displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed or confiscated by your internal customs authorities and we are unable to answer any shipping queries by telephone. If you wish to contact us about non-delivery, please wait until 10 business days has elapsed, as we won't be able to assist until this time period has passed.
We aim to process and ship orders the same working day if payment is made before 12PM EST; otherwise, the next working day.
International shipping
Please note: Casa Forma makes no representation concerning the legal rights of anyone to ship or import our items to any Country. The customer is solely responsible for shipment of the item(s) and by placing an order is authorizing Casa Forma to act on their behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver the order to the selected destination. Identification may be required when the goods are delivered.

The descriptions and pictures on the website are a guide to the style and look of our products. We try to make them as accurate as possible but cannot be held responsible for minor differences.
Jurisdiction
This Contract shall be construed and governed in all respects by Laws of the State of Florida and all disputes arising under or relating to the Contract shall be the subject of the jurisdiction of the Courts in Florida to which Casa Forma and the customer hereby submit.
Liability
To the extent allowed by the law, Casa Forma shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party, as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and use of the website, any information contained on the website, or the transmission of your personal information over our systems.
Payment
Payment is due before goods are despatched. We accept payment from the major credit and debit cards, PayPal and checks.
Prices
The total price of the goods ordered will be the price shown at the time of the order. The full purchase price as well as the cost of packaging and shipment will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you commit to the order.
Prices shown are exclusive of any applicable U.S. sales tax. Sales tax will be added on the checkout stage. Customers are responsible for any additional import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Placing items in your cart does not “reserve” them or guarantee that you will be able to order them. Your order is not complete and in the system until you have returned to our site from the PayPal payment site, having fully completed payment. Therefore, if you have limited stock or fast-selling items in your cart, they could sell out if someone else is purchasing the same item at the same time and completes checkout before you.
If you forget to order something and place another order later on, please do not ask us to combine your order or refund shipping costs. Multiple orders may automatically be combined by our batch processing system or they may not, depending on where the two orders are in the batch, and it's not something we can alter or accommodate.
Cancellations
Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within fourteen working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item. The original postage and packing costs will not be reimbursed, and you must pay the return shipping costs. Some items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. All returns must be sent back in full accordance with our Returns Policy.
If making a return during your cooling-off period, Items returned must be in unused condition and in original and unopened packaging. Returned items will not be accepted if they do not meet these conditions or a restocking fee may be charged at our discretion. We recommend you appropriately insure any returns as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
You must let us know if you wish to return your purchase by using our contact form in advance of returning any product to us for any reason. Returns are only accepted if you have contacted us via email for authorisation prior to the return and the return has been sent back in full accordance with our Returns Policy.
Product Warranty
If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us immediately so that we can do our very best to assist you promptly.
Any items that have broken in transit needs to be reported within 24h of receiving the goods. In the unlikely event that you receive a broken item in your order, please email a photo clearly displaying the fault along with a brief explanation using this form before discarding of the item/items. We are unable to issue replacements for items that have been discarded of before contacting us.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. All information given at the time of ordering to the point of payment is collected by Casa Forma. This information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Florida Digital Bill of Rights. The data is used to fulfill your order and for marketing campaigns. We use technology such as cookies to improve our services to customers. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).
Quality
All goods are warranted on delivery to the customer to be of the nature, substance and quality invoiced and to conform in all respects with all the appropriate statutory regulations.
Security
PayPal is our payment provider. We do not store any card data.
Statutory Rights
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Title to Goods
Property and title in the goods shall remain with Casa Forma and shall not pass to the customer until such time as Casa Forma has received payment in full of all sums due on whatsoever account.
